
Calculation Software For a Tutorial on Algebra
and Hyperbolic Functions

This software is a tutorial for
algebraic problems involving the hyperbolic functions. To use
this software, enter any two numbers in the white input boxes below, and a
set of ten algebra problems will be generated, for you to solve.
You will need I handheld calculator, and possibly pencil and paper
as well to solve the problems. Each, problem has a white
input box to check your calculations. When you enter the
number you calculated into the input box for a specific problem, the
computer displays the correct solution, and a stepbystep illustration
showing how to solve the problem. 










Note, to enter, or delete any number
in this software, you must first left click on the relevant input box with
the mouse, and then immediately enter or delete the number.
After entering or deleting numbers, left click anywhere on the
yellow background, to update the calculation mechanism. 


























NOTE: This software is on one long
page, and to go from one section to another you must scroll up or down.














Primary Input Boxes 





Enter any two numbers in the white
input boxes below. The software uses these numbers to
generate a set of random numbers, which are used to generate ten algebra
problems which you will see when you scroll down. 




































































































































































































































































This software keeps track of your
manually calculated results. This is done with the device
framed in red, below, which calculates your score. That is
you receive 10 percentage points for each correct calculated result you
enter. If you do not receive at least 80 or 90 percent, you
should continue practicing with this tutorial, using different sets of
numbers in the Primary Input Boxes, until you are able to solve most of
the problems correctly.
